Are
you a free clinic?
No, our
services are not free. We
are a Federally Qualified Health
Center, and as such we are
able to offer you a sliding fee
discount that is assessed
according to your family size
and income. Call the
medical or dental center nearest
you for more detailed
information on our sliding fee
program.
Can your sliding fee
discount be used if I have
insurance?
If you have insurance and also
qualify for the sliding fee
discount, your insurance will be
billed first and the discount
applied to any remaining
balance. Minimum payments
will still apply.
Do you accept Medicare
and/or PA Medical Assistance?
Yes, we
accept both plans.
What other forms of payment do
you accept?
To
help keep are fees low, payments
should be made at the time of service.
We accept cash, checks, money
orders and credit cards (Master
Card, Visa, Discover and
